If your travel plans change, and you can no longer attend a workshop you selected, please notify us so we can open the space for another attendee.

WORKSHOP POLICY: Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to your Workshop so your badge can be scanned without creating long lines. If you have not claimed your spot in the Workshop 10 minutes after the start time, we will allow other attendees to take the open seats. If you signed up for a Workshop, you will lose your seat if you are not in the room within 10 minutes of the start of the Workshop.
