Thank you for registering as a Platinum sponsor for Metabolomics 2025! Below are a few things to be aware of to ensure your organization takes advantage of all benefits that come with your sponsorship.

SEND ORGANIZATION LOGO
To place your logo on the conference website and other conference materials,
send both a high-res logo (ex. .ai or .eps file, vector art preferred) as well
as a .jpg file of your company logo. Send these files to info@metabolomicssociety.org. Once payment has been received for your sponsorship, the logo
will be displayed on the conference website.
ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
You can elect to broaden the exposure of your company/organization to conference attendees through the add-on sponsorship opportunities. For more information, please review the additional options listed on page 7 of the Sponsorship Brochure.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
All registrants attending Metabolomics 2025 are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations. Please visit the Hotel Information page on the conference website to book your room. Attendees are responsible for all travel and hotel costs.
INDIVIDUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
All exhibition staff must be registered to attend Metabolomics 2025 and must wear their Conference badge to gain access to the exhibition area. To access the Exhibitor Portal and take advantage of the (6) discounted full conference passes and (2) complimentary registrations for exhibit hall only passes that come with your Platinum sponsorship package, please refer to the "Sponsorship Details Available" email sent to your Sponsor Coordinator.
For additional exhibition staff requiring an "Exhibit Hall Only" badge (no access to science sessions or events outside of the exhibit hall), the cost is $315.00 USD. Note: The person who completed the sponsor registration is NOT registered for the event. Please contact info@metabolomicssociety.org with any questions.
The fee for the discounted conference registration is on the tiered scale detailed below.
IMPORTANT: Please register each person with their individual
email address, that is separate from the email address used to register your
sponsorship. The information on your sponsorship registration will be overwritten when the
same email address is used. Each registration needs to have a unique email
address to keep the registration records separate in the system.

Booths should be staffed during dedicated exhibit hall hours listed below. The hall will be open all day, however the off-times will have very low traffic. It is up to each sponsor to determine whether or not they will staff their booth during the low traffic periods.

EXHIBITION DISPLAY SPACE
All sponsorship packages come only with the space for your display in the Exhibit Area. All schell scheme or custom booth builds are the responsibility of the sponsor.
EXPOSALE – CZ – EXPOSITION MANAGEMENT COMPANY
EXPOSALE – CZ is the exhibition management company for Metabolomics 2025. The EXPOSALE - CZ order form is now available for custom booth builds, carpet, furniture, internet, power supply, AV equipment, flowers, etc.
You must first register to enter the EXPOSALE – CZ site. You will receive an email inviting you into the site within 24 hours of registering.
Deadline for submitting stand design (custom built / space only) - 1 May
All custom-built stand builders must submit their design of the intended structure to expo@exposale.cz for approval.
Exhibition services order deadline - 19 May
EXPOSALE-CZ is now accepting exhibition booth orders for Metabolomics 2025. Orders for exhibition services received after the deadline will result in an additional charge of 50 %. Onsite orders will incur a 100% surcharge. Full payment of all services ordered is required in advance. Any unpaid services the day of exhibition build will not be delivered.
Liability for Rented Equipment
Exhibitor accepts full responsibility for all rented equipment, such as standard exhibit stand construction, furniture, AV and computer equipment, etc. by signing the order form. The Exhibitor will be charged for any loss of or damage to rented equipment.

EXHIBITION SHIPMENTS & DELIVERY
The venue will operate under traffic management during the exhibition set up, event and dismantling time. All freight arrivals should be communicated via the official logistics provider at the Prague Congress Centre, DB SCHENKERfairs. The venue is not authorized to accept packages. Traffic management must be coordinated via DB SCHENKERfairs both for unloading and loading due to space restrictions at the venue. CATERING ORDERS
Exhibitors are welcome to purchase and serve beverages and refreshments in their booth. If you are interested in providing refreshments in your booth, fill out the catering order form and submit to Jitka Zahradkova with Zátiší Catering at jitka.zahradkova@zatisigroup.cz. If you wish to provide refreshments multiple days, one catering order form should be filled out for each day refreshments are provided in your booth.

All stands and materials must be cleared by 17:00 on Thursday, June 26, 2025.
Please ensure you advise your stand designers and builders that it must be possible to build and dismantle all stand designs within this timeframe.
LEAD MANAGEMENT
As
prospects visit your booth, use the conference app to scan the
QR code on the back of their badge to collect contact information. The
conference app will be available 1 week before the conference.
Lead management profile questions (ex. When do you plan to purchase? Or, What industry are you in?) can be created by your organization (optional) through the Exhibitor Portal . Once the QR code is scanned, a list of custom questions will appear. You will record the answers directly in the conference app. A report of all leads can be downloaded through the Exhibitor Portal. Please use your custom Exhibitor Portal token link, click on Lead Management, then add the questions where indicated. If you cannot find your token link, email info@metabolomicssociety.org and one will be sent to you again.
COMPLIMENTARY CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Your sponsorship includes Corporate Membership to the Society. No further action is required from your organization to activate the Corporate Membership.
ADVERTISEMENT BENEFITS
Access to delegates through the Society’s email service
Email blasts will be sent on your behalf from the Society’s email service. The Platinum Sponsorship allows your company/organization one (1) message to be sent within three weeks before and/or after the conference, between June 2 and July 14, 2025. Platinum Sponsors are encouraged to use this e-blast to advertise their lunch presentation and generate sign-ups prior to the event.
Your Corporate Membership entitles you to (3) email blasts to be sent to the membership database. Only one email can be sent in a 30-day period. To schedule email blasts, submit a header as a .jpeg file and your text in a separate word document to info@metabolomicssociety.org. E-blast text should be submitted 4 weeks prior to your desired send date, as there are limited openings available each month. E-blasts must be used between January - April or August - December, 2025.
Lunch Presentation – 60 minutes
Platinum sponsors host a 60-minute presentation over the lunch hour. All conference attendees will receive a box lunch to take to the presentation. Additional food and beverage in your presentation room may be purchased by the sponsor at an additional cost (not included in the sponsorship amount).Action Items:1. Send an e-mail to info@metabolomicssociety.org with your 1st and 2nd date preference (Tuesday 6/24, Wednesday 6/25 or Thursday 6/26). Presentation dates are assigned in the order payment is received. Submit your preferences by March 26.2. Optional: attendees can sign up to attend sponsor lunch presentations in early April. You have the option to provide a one-page document (PDF flyer) or link to a webpage to advertise your presentation. Visit the 2024 sponsor page to view examples. If you want to post a flyer, submit it no later than April 1.

Vendor Presentation – 5-8 minutes
The designated Vendor Session will take place on Tuesday, June 24 from 3:30 – 5:15 p.m. Platinum and Gold sponsors can showcase the novel instrumentations, tools and services available to the metabolomics community. This is a fast and efficient way for all attendees to get an overview of the latest technology developments in the market.
The presentation should be scientific, to highlight novel development of instrumentation (software), tools or services to make the audience aware of your novel developments (not a sales pitch). Previous sessions were well received, as they were scientific, interesting, and relevant for the audience. If you have .PPT presentation slides, they can be dropped off at the Presentation Desk at the PCC on Monday, June 23.Click here to submit the presentation details no later than May 1.
One (1) push notification in the conference app.
Platinum Sponsors have the opportunity to submit a push notification that will be sent through the conference app. The notification must be 140 characters or less. Verbiage for the notification will be due Friday, June 6.
Custom Signage
Platinum sponsors have the opportunity to create a custom meter board sign (125cm x 250cm) sign to display at the conference with custom graphics the Sponsor provides. Please click here to view the specifications for the artwork. Conference organizers will manage the sign order. Art will be due Wednesday, May 7.
Profile/advertisement in digital abstract booklet
Platinum - full-page profile/advertisement.
Please follow the below guidelines to ensure your ad is viewed properly in a digital format (downloadable pdf). Failure to do so may cause your ad to be viewed less than optimal. Ad sizes are indicated in inches. Artwork will be due Wednesday, April 30.
- Full page ad: 8.5" x 11"
- 8" x 10.5" live area
Recommendations to ensure your AD will be viewed as intended:
- Recommendation of at least .25" margin for live area.
- Provide a press .pdf with fonts embedded or converted to outlines.
- Recommended DPI of raster images is 150 - 300 dpi at 100% size.
- Provide trim marks.
Corporate Poster
Your sponsorship includes a corporate poster on a designated sponsor board, displayed for the full conference. The corporate poster does not have to follow the marketing rules of the conference, you can present on any topic of your choosing.

The deadline to submit your abstract is Thursday, May 15. Poster Guidelines will be available on the conference website in April.
X (formerly Twitter) Visibility
Platinum and Gold sponsors have the opportunity to submit a sentence or two in response to one of the questions below. This is optional, you're not required to submit a post.
1. What is your favorite part of attending the annual Metabolomics conference?
2. What's happening at your booth, what will attendees experience or learn?
3. What are you most looking forward to seeing or experiencing in Prague?
